“It helps you to discover yourself, because in the city you don’t have time to think about all that. […] And the young leaders program, at some time you should do it, and it does you good in the end, because you know yourself better. In the city, you always have to have an attitude and do what the others do, but at Kéno, you don’t. You can be yourself and you’re not afraid to show your true colours. It’s helped me discover another part of myself, and you do so many things at Kéno. Like last year, I did the Challenge program and there were things I didn’t think I would be able to do, but I did them! You feel proud of yourself, and you feel like you’ve grown. I surprise myself every year I go to Kéno.”
