Developing leaders to make a difference
OUR CAUSE Developing leaders to change the course of things
Our Young Leaders Program aims to strengthen the personal qualities of young people and cultivate their capacities to become inspiring leaders in their community, both today and tomorrow. This program ensures a lasting impact for each young participant.
In close collaboration with schools and education professionals, the Foundation surrounds itself with valuable partners to recruit these young leaders. Together, we work to provide essential tools to young people living in sometimes more vulnerable environments.
We aspire to see these young people grow into confident and fulfilled citizens who will, in turn, support their communities as adults. By developing these leaders, we aim to create a positive movement in sometimes challenging environments, but also to positively influence our entire community.
Your support can help us expand the impact of this program, provide even more opportunities and tools for these young people, and build a better future for our community together. Every contribution counts to shape these young leaders of tomorrow.

OUR STORY... is to develop theirs
Since 2001, the Foundation has transformed, refined and developed over the years. In the summer of 2013, nine boys and girls participated in the Young Leaders program, a newly designed training program specifically to develop youth leadership. Since then, dozens of young people have followed this training which lasts for 5 years.
The first year begins with a camp to familiarize them with life in the forest, followed by two leadership training stays of 2 and 3 weeks. Following these trainings, participants have the opportunity to go on a canoe expedition or become interns at the camp if they wish.
With this solid foundation in place, the Foundation now aims to expand its program by creating new partnerships. These partnerships will provide more opportunities tailored to the specific interests of each young participant.
It is thanks to your support that the Foundation can realize this vision and offer even more enriching opportunities for these young people, helping them realize their full potential.
